ZOKO is a Whatsapp Business solution. Please make sure to check the necessary steps to enable a Whatsapp business phone number.
To configure your ZOKO WhatsApp provider follow the steps detailed below:
  • Login to your ZOKO account
  • On the top right section, click on your account avatar
  • From the dropdown menu, choose settings.
  • A page with multiple information buttons will appear
  • Click on the button "API & Webhooks"
  • On the API Keys page, copy the Public Key value
  • Inside Xenioo, open the WhatsApp publish dialog and choose ZOKO as your WhatsApp provider
  • Paste the API Key value in the API Key field of the dialog
  • Save and Publish
  • Congratulations! Your chatbot is online!
