Getting Started with the MyLINKConnect Mobile App
The MyLINKConnect mobile app helps human agents stay connected to customer conversations while away from their desk. If your team handles real-time interactions or receives escalations from chatbots, this app lets you continue your work easily from your phone or tablet.
Download and Installation
You can download MyLINKConnect on both Android and iOS devices. Before installing, check that your device meets the minimum requirements below.
Android
Android 5 (Lollipop)
Open the Google Play Store and search for MyLINKConnect.
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
iOS 11
Open the Apple App Store and search for MyLINKConnect.
This app is meant for handling live conversations only. It cannot be used to:
Build chatbot flows
Create or edit channel integrations
Signing In and Licensing
To sign in, simply use the same email and password you already use for the desktop web version of MyLINKConnect.
How Seats Work
Your organization uses license seats to control access:
Each login (mobile or desktop) uses one seat.
If you need to add or remove seats for your team, contact your LINK Mobility sales representative.
If you support another customer: You do not use a seat from your own company. Instead, the customer whose conversations you’re helping with must assign a seat for you.
Managing Active Seats
Your organization can easily view and manage seat usage at any time:
See who is online: Check which users are currently using seats.
Free up seats: Log out inactive users instantly to make seats available.
To change the total number of mobile seats, update your license information in the admin portal.

Force Logout for All Mobile Users: If you need to log out all mobile users for a specific account:
Go to the admin portal.
Open the account details for that account.
Click Options and select “Force logout from mobile app.”
This immediately frees all mobile seats for that account.

Basic Profile and Navigation
The app is designed so you can move around quickly and find what you need.
Main Menu: Tap the three-line icon in the top-left corner of any screen.
From this menu, you can:
View your profile information
Jump to any main feature of the app
