Using Translation in Live Conversations

Once enabled in your Profile Settings, the translation will begin automatically when you open a conversation:

  1. Navigate to the My Conversation section and open a conversation detail.

  2. Xenioo will Detect the user’s language.

  3. It will then Translate the entire conversation into your selected Operator Language.

    • Initially, a message will appear indicating that the system is translating the conversation.

  4. Once complete, the system will display the detected Operator Language and User Language, and all messages will be shown in your language.

Managing Translation Settings (Per Conversation)

The Translation Menu allows you to manage translation on a conversation-by-conversation basis.

To manually manage translation settings:

  1. Open the conversation options menu (usually an icon or button in the conversation detail).

  2. Select User Language to open the language selection dialog.

This dialog allows you to:

  • Manually change the detected user language for the current conversation.

  • Disable translation for the current conversation.

  • Block translations for a specific user language across all conversations for the entire bot (not just the current conversation).
