Login

To start using the MyLINKConnect mobile app, you’ll first need to log in with your username and password.

Before choosing any login modebe sure to select the correct server instance to connect to: Europe or USA.

This setting can be changed by clicking on the flag in the main login page.

Standard Login (Without MFA or SSO)

If your account does not require MFA, the login process is simple:

1. Enter your username and password. Make sure your credentials match the ones you use for the desktop version of MyLINKConnect.

1. Wait for validation. The app will connect to the server to confirm your information.

2. Access your conversations. Once your login is approved, you’ll be taken directly to the MyConversation page, where you can start handling chats right away.
