Password Expired

To access the MyLINKConnect application you must first log in by entering your credentials: username and password. After having been correctly authenticated with your credentials and eventually with MFA authentication (see MFA Mobile Login), if your password validity has expired, the app will redirect you from the ‘Log In’ page (or OTP page with MFA) to the ‘Change Password’ page:

To change the password you need to insert the following fields:

  1. Old password: current password which validity has expired

  2. New password: new password which you want to use

  3. Confirm New Password: the confirmation of the new password to be sure there is not any error in the previous field

After entering all the data the user needs to click on the ‘Change Password’ button and then if there is no error while changing the user’s password, the application will redirect the user to the ‘Log In’ page.
