Settings

The Settings section of the mobile application allows you to customize the behavior and appearance of your operator interface.

Key Settings

Setting	Default State	Description
Show Chat Receipts	Enabled	Displays green circles next to your sent messages to indicate read receipts. You can click on these green circles to view detailed receipt information (e.g., when the message was delivered and read).
Automatic Translation	Disabled	When enabled, this feature automatically translates incoming conversation messages into the language specified by the Conversation Operator Language setting.
