Getting Started with MyLINKConnect Mobile App
The MyLINKConnect mobile application is designed to be a valuable companion for human agents managing customer interactions on the go.
If your team's channels involve human-to-human interaction or bot-to-human agent escalations, this app allows your agents to work with full mobility, eliminating the need to access the desktop conversation platform.

MyLINKConnect is an agent companion tool, not a design tool. It is specifically built for managing live conversations and is not intended for:
Designing or building chatbot workflows
Creating or modifying channel integrations
User Access and Licensing
To access the MyLINKConnect mobile application, use the same email and password you currently use for the desktop web version.
License Seat Management Your organization's license is managed using "Seats."
Seat Usage: Every successful login to the MyLINKConnect mobile or desktop application consumes one license seat.
License Seats: To adjust your license seat requirements, please contact the LINK Mobility sales department.
Note on Shared Access: If you act as an agent supporting conversations for a different customer's bot or account, you do not need a seat on your own organization's license. However, the customer whose conversations you are accessing must have a seat allocated on their license.
Managing Active Seats You have the ability to manage and optimize your seat usage:
You can view which users are currently online and using seats within your account.
You can forcefully log out inactive users to free up seats instantly.
Logging Out Logging out of the application immediately frees your currently used mobile license seat, making it available for another agent.
Basic Profile and Navigation The MyLINKConnect interface is designed for quick access to all key features.
Main Menu: In every section of the application, tap the three-line menu located in the top-left corner.
Menu Functions: This menu allows you to:
View your current user profile details.
Quickly navigate to different application functionalities.
