Audit Logs

Integral part of the reporting section, Audit Logs are a complete list of all the actions carried on by users accessing your bot.

The Audit Logs list will contain the complete list of all actions that are executed by the main account holder as well as any external agent invited. Each action is recorded at the exact date and time of execution complete with target detail and user source IP address.

Audit Logs contain every action that can be carried on by a user on the platform, from changing the bot flow to publishing to importing data to exporting conversation data.

Audit Logs are automatically deleted according to your Data Retention configuration.
