# Takeover Default Message

The message can be update at will and will be automatically saved for future uses. If you wish to configure this message before anyone uses that dialog you can click on the "Advanced" tab of the teams settings and set the text as you like. A completely empty text is also acceptable in both configuration text areas.

If your agent already edited his own take over message, changes to the default message won't affect the customized content.
