This action will display a one-time notification request to the user.
The action uses the following settings:

One-time notification requests are mandatory on Facebook if you want to follow-up your user with a message outside of the 24 hours window. Please refer to Facebook official documents to know ho to enable the one-time flag for your page.
This action is not blocking. This means that the user is still able to type/chat instead of accepting your request.
On User Accept. This action will trigger any child operation as soon as the user accepts your notification request.
This action does not produce any variable.
