# Attach Child

This endpoint will attach the specified bot to the current token bot. The child bot will become a reference clone and the token bot will be its master and become one if it wasn't before the call.

An active [Master Bot](https://docs.xenioo.com/xenioo-api/globa-platform-api/bots/cloning-and-referencing/reference-clone) package is required in order to use this endpoint.

### Request

The following request will create a referenced clone:

The \<childapikey> parameter is the API key of the bot you want to become child of the current token bot.

### Response

If successful, a standard 200 HTTP OK will be returned.

### Response Codes

This endpoint will reply with the following standard HTTP codes.

| Code | Meaning                                                      |
| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| 200  | Ok. The request has been successfully fulfilled.             |
| 404  | Not Found. The specified source chatbot have not been found. |
