Conversation Translation
The Conversation Translation feature allows operators to view a Xenioo conversation in their selected language, regardless of the language used by the end user.
Enabling the feature
To enable Conversation Translation:
Open your Profile Settings.
Set your preferred Conversation Operator Language.
Enable the Automatic Translation toggle.
Click Update to save your changes.
Refer to the following image for visual guidance:

Using Translation in Conversations
Once enabled, navigate to the Conversations section and open a conversation detail. Xenioo will automatically:
Detect the user’s language.
Translate the entire conversation into the selected Operator Language.
Initially, a message will appear indicating that the system is translating the conversation, as shown below:

If If the operator and user share the same language, translation will be temporarily disabled. It will only be re-enabled if either language is changed via the Profile Menu or Translation Menu.
Once the translation is complete, the system will:
Display the detected Operator Language and User Language.
Show all messages translated into the Operator Language.

Managing Translation Settings
To disable translation for a specific conversation or manually change the user's language:
Click the Translation Menu.
Select Conversation User Language to open the language selection dialog:

This dialog also allows you to block translations for a specific language across all conversations and bots, rather than just a single conversation.
Translation Errors
If the user has no remaining AI tokens, an error banner will be displayed within the conversation, and no translation will occur:
