This action will attach a generic file to the conversation that the user can download. You can add a file as an external URL or upload it to Xenioo storage.
The action uses the following settings:
The file will be retrieved from the specified URL.
Upload To Storage
The fully qualified URL of the file
The name of the file you wish to appear on the client chat
The Friendly Filename value, if used, will replace the storage or url filename shown to the end user. Not all platforms support this information and may still display the original filename. Refer to the Availabilty table to know on which platform you can use a Friendly Filename.
This action has no triggers.
This action does not produce any variable.

Files will be by default embedded as attachments. Facebook 25MB limit will apply. No Friendly Filename.
