Viewing Available Bots

This page lists all the bots relevant to you, including:

All bots owned by your account.

Every bot where you are invited as an operator (a team member authorized to pick up conversations and chat).

Action: To proceed, select a bot from the list. This redirects you to a page showing all active contacts for that specific bot.

Contact Preview and Actions

After selecting a contact from the list, you will see an expanded view that provides a quick overview and immediate actions.

Contact Details

Shows basic contact information.

Communication Channels

Displays the first three available communication channels (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, Email).

Tapping a channel icon redirects you to the Broadcast Widget page with the contact's information pre-filled.

Details Icon

A dedicated icon (often a small 'i' or magnifying glass).

Tapping this icon redirects you to the comprehensive Contact Detail page.

Contact Detail Page

The dedicated Contact Detail page provides a comprehensive view of the customer's information and conversation history.

Action: If you tap a communication channel (like a phone number or email address) within the Contact Detail page, you will also be directed to the Broadcast Widget page with the contact's information already set up for sending a message.

If you click on the communication channel in the detail page you will be redirected to the broadcast widget page with the contact information already set.
