Initiating a New Conversation

To begin a direct conversation with a bot or send an immediate broadcast:

  1. In the top-right corner of the view, click the + icon in the My Conversation page.

  2. A new view will open, allowing you to select an available bot that is assigned to your account.

  3. Once the bot is selected, you can then choose the destination:

  • Any online channel associated with that bot.

  • Any On-Demand broadcasts that have been configured for the bot.

Crafting Your Message

When entering the Message Text for your conversation or broadcast, please adhere to the same formatting and content guidelines that are applied to the Broadcast Widget.

Selecting a Recipient (Contacts)

You can specify a recipient by manually entering their information or by selecting them from your contact book:

  1. Select a bot from the available list.

  2. Locate the desired contact.

  3. Click on the contact name to open the detail and choose the phone or id you want to send the broadcast to or the detail button if you want to select a different contact not displayed.

Sending Your Message

After configuring your message and selecting the recipient, click the Send Message button.

Xenioo will schedule and send the broadcast almost immediately.

If you want this brand new conversation to appear in your My Conversations section, ensure you configure the bot's flow to assign the conversation to your user.
