My Bots
The My Bots section is your central hub for managing and accessing all bot activity on the mobile application.
Viewing and Accessing Bots
This section provides an organized list of all bots relevant to you:
Bots Included: You will see all bots belonging to your account, as well as any bots where you have been invited as an operator (a team member capable of handling and continuing conversations).
Organization: Bots are listed in alphabetical order and are grouped by the account they belong to.
Channels: Under each bot's name, you will see a list of all the channels (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp) where the bot is currently published.

Navigating Conversations
To monitor and engage with active user interactions:
Select a Bot: Tap on any bot listed to move to that bot's dedicated Conversations Section.
View All Activity: In this section, you can access every conversation the selected bot is currently running.
Start Chatting: Tap on any individual conversation to open the Chat Detail view and continue the discussion.

Searching for Conversations
Use the Search conversation box to quickly locate a specific interaction:
The search function automatically begins as you type and works across the following fields:
Username
Telephone Number
First and Last Name
The search behavior is identical to the desktop application version.
Starting a New Interaction
To initiate a new message or broadcast:
Tap the + symbol located in the top-right corner of the view.
This will open the Send Message view, which operates identically to the one found in the My Conversations section.
