My Conversations

The My Conversations section is the primary dashboard you see immediately after logging in. It serves as your personal queue for all ongoing user interactions requiring your attention.

What You Will See

This section displays a consolidated list of every active conversation where you are currently designated as the direct operator (human handover).

• Consolidated View: The conversations shown here can originate from different bots or even across multiple accounts, provided you are the assigned operator.

• Quick Access: Clicking on any conversation listed here will immediately take you to the Chat Section, allowing you to seamlessly continue the interaction with the user.

Starting a New Interaction

You can easily initiate a new conversation or broadcast directly from this view:

1. Look for the + icon in the top-right corner of the view.

2. Clicking the + icon allows you to start a new chat with any of the bots currently assigned to your account.
